EIN Services, operated by Solera LLC, prepares and files IRS Form SS-4 to obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) on behalf of our clients. This policy explains when refunds are available for orders placed through einservices.org and soleraein.org. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
When Refunds Are Available
You may request a full refund if your application has not yet been submitted to the IRS and an EIN has not yet been issued in connection with your order. Refund requests must be sent to support@einservices.org.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not available once your application has been submitted to the IRS or once an EIN has been issued in connection with your order. Refunds are also not available more than 30 days after the order date.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email support@einservices.org with the following information:
- Your full name as it appears on the order
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order or transaction number
- The legal name of the business
- A brief reason for the request
We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern with your order, please contact us at support@einservices.org before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues directly. Chargebacks initiated after services have been rendered will be contested using our records of the work performed and your acknowledgment of this policy at checkout.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
